If our team is available, yes — we can often accommodate same-day extensions. However, availability isn't guaranteed. Call your coordinator immediately; if accepted, expect an adjusted invoice and confirmation so photographers remain scheduled for the extra time.

Book extras as early as possible to guarantee availability. Ideally request added hours at contract signing or final timeline meeting, but we can often add hours with 48–72 hours notice depending on schedule and staffing.

We strive to keep your original photographer and equipment for consistency. If scheduling conflicts arise, a similarly experienced photographer with the same gear will cover the extra hours, and we’ll notify you in advance.

Yes. All images captured during added hours are included in your edited gallery and final deliverables. Delivery timelines remain the same, and high-resolution images will be organized chronologically with the rest of your wedding photos.
